La casa è carina e confortevole . Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile . Unici neo , essendo un piano terra sulla strada ci sono parecchi rumori

Posizione perfetta per visitare Sestri Levante, soprattutto per accedere alla Baia del Silenzio. Ottimale anche la posizione del parcheggio ( privato, a pagamento). L'appartamento è completo di tutti i servizi necessari per il soggiorno ed è ben tenuto. L'host è stata gentile e disponibile sia telefonicamente che in presenza.

L'appartamento è su strada all'ingresso della zona pedonale: dormire è stato veramente difficile a causa degli schiamazzi notturni di ragazzini. L'host non ha colpe, ci vorrebbe maggior controllo da parte delle autorità competenti.

Posizione tranquilla, all'inizio della zona pedonale raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Spazio ampio attrezzato e confortevole.

Charming apartment, pretty front building wall, very close to both baia silenzio and favole, less than 5 min walk for each, goid tools for kitchen.

Too noisy, almost could not sleep the entire 3 nights stay. I'm sorry to leave a not great review, as the apartment itself is well kept and furnished, and the stuff very kind. But there is zero acoustic isolation, and it's located right at the entrance/exit of a pedestrian street full of bars. Even ignoring the occasional concert with drums in the road at 10 meters distance, which at least ended at midnight, I had people sitting at my door step every night, speaking loud until 4 am, when they finally left with their vespas. I could distinctly hear every word they said as if they were in the same room I was sleeping in, as it's really adjacent to the street, no corridor or anything in between, just a very old door. If you plan to just enjoy the night with friends this can be a good spot, but for small families I would not recommend.
