Alex Rio Flats Studio with Balcony

Me gustó desde la atención y recibimiento de Alex, muy cordial y amable, además que nos brindó todas las indicaciones y detalles del departamento, también recomendaciones lo cual valoro mucho y si regreso a Río vuelvo a hospedarme aquí.

El departamento está súper bien ubicado... a dos cuadras de Copacabana, a 4 de Ipanema y a 6 del metro. Si bien no es la zona más bella, está en un punto muy cómodo para moverse para cualquier sitio. Hay muchos comercios, supermercados y es una zona siempre muy transitada. El departamento está muy bien... es una excelente relación precio-calidad. Alex es muy atento y te hace sentir muy cómodo. La comunicación con el o con Danielle siempre fue excelente. Es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Río ya sea para ir a la playa o para explorar la ciudad.

Tudo muito limpo e confortável! Excelente localização! Apartamento fresco e ventilado mesmo no calor do Rio. A varanda faz toda a diferença no flat. Como todo prédio em Copacabana as instalações são antigas e isso não é um problema, é um diferencial. Pra mim é nostálgico e me sinto bem. O anfitrião Alex é super gente boa, atencioso e nos deixa muito à vontade. Voltarei com certeza e vou indicar para amigos e parentes. Até a proxima 😊

As escadas do prédio são bem estreitas e demandam atenção principalmente ao descer.

Top location with an easy walking distance to Copacabana, Ipanema, restaurants, stores and everything. The host Alex is great, shared some useful hints and tips, and very easy to align on anything if needed.

La ubicación y seguridad

Lograr mejoras en algunas instalaciones que no tendría gran inversión.perchero en baño,cocina i estar.Quitar ruido del ventilador,mosquiteros en ventana de baño y cocina.Mejorar las toallas.dejar a un nivel más los gastos.

Cómodo, sencillo y acogedor para pasar unos días, Alex super atento todo el tiempo, el alojamiento no tenía secador de pelo y nos facilitó uno. La ubicación es excelente cerca de todo, tanto de copacabana como ipanema como se muestra en la publicacion y un lugar accesible por si piensan hacer algún tour por rio qué los pasen a buscar por el apto.

Solo por agregar algo a mejorar, estaría bueno tener a la llegada, principalmente cuando uno llega tarde al alojamiento, shampoo y Acondicionador para poder darse una ducha antes de salir, el resto todo excelente 👌

The location was fantastic! It is just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to transportation for exploring the rest of Rio. I also felt safe and secure walking in the area day and night. The host, Alex, was excellent! He greeted me upon arrival and took the time to chat about the local culture, the area, and offer helpful tips for my stay. He responded to any of my messages very promptly. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very secure.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise. It wasn't a big issue for me, but light sleepers may find it challenging. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this place, especially for travelers who want to be in a lively and well-connected part of the city.

Alex was a great and helpful host, also apartment is clean and located on perfect location between Copacabana and Ipanema. I recommend staying in this apartment!
