Beautiful place! Clean! Well stocked with utensils! Great view! Comfy beds!

I didn't like being reminded about checkout before 11am. Felt like I was being rushed.

Beautiful home, we enjoyed ourselves from arrival until we left. Definitely will book again

Amazing views, luxurious and spacious home, very comfortable beds, solar, lovely kitchen, friendly and helpful service/staff. Very secure. All in all a wonderful place.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the main hustle and bustle of St Francis, which makes this very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment has sea views and is very tastefully decorated and well designed. The outside braai and lounge area is great, the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable. The flat is big and spacious, with two luxurious bathrooms and large bedrooms - perfect for a family of 4 or two couples sharing.

Nothing major not to like - minor issues were no oven dish for cooking in the oven and the blind in the main bedroom broke as we arrived.

Only the location.

We were unable to use the Hot Tub/Jacuzzi. As it wasnt set up when we checked in on Friday. The staff member informed us that he didnt set it up, due to the weather, and he will do it on the Saturday. The Saturday morning at 08h30 I messaged the gentleman, asking him to please set up. At 11h00 we went to town, by then the gentleman only cleaned the tub, and started filling it but he stopped in the process. I then send him a message asking why it hasnt been setup. But no reply. When we arrived back at 15h00 the tub was filled, but ice-cold. When i messaged him and ask when it will be ready , he told me he is not sure, as it has a small element. Only this morning- on our checkout day the hot tub was on a acceptable temperature. We didnt even get the opportunity to enjoy what we wanted- and that is the only main reason we chose this accomodation.

The venue really is stunning and the initial feel of the house was awesome. The beds were comfortable and spacious.

The thing is that there is a lot of maintenance to be done on the house. The hob extractor tripped when used, the bin rails were damaged and a portable bin was in place. The wifi dropped, the en suite did not have a door and the shower door rails did not work properly. The property did not have any water upon arrival due to a pipe burst and this was only restored late Saturday afternoon.
