A lovely tranquil stay. You feel you are in the middle of a fynbos forest but yet so central. Well Equipped and furnished. Felt very comfortable as if we were staying in our own home

"Great stay in St Francis Bay"

Cozy cottage with a tasteful interior, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a great shower. It’s lovely to relax on the veranda, which offers several seating areas. Both the beach and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We were welcomed by Anne, who provided us with lots of information about the possibilities in St Francis Bay.

"Nettes Häuschen in einem schönen Ort."

Das Cottage ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohneinheit befindet sich im Obergeschoss unterm Dach. Der hohe Raum ist aufgeteilt in 1/3 für Schlafen, Dusche (offen mit Glastrennwand), Waschbecken, sep. Toilette, sowie 2/3 Wohnen/ Küche und durch eine oben offene Wand getrennt. Ein Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten ist an 2 Seiten des Hauses. Eine Parkmöglichkeit wurde uns vor der zum Haus gehörenden Garage ermöglicht. Das Untergeschoss=EG ist ein großer als Lager genutzter Raum(als Gast nicht zugänglich) und ein kleinerer Teil (weitere Toilette, Dusche und Waschmaschine) der durch eine Wendeltreppe mit der Wohneinheit verbunden ist und über einen zusätzlichen Eingang verfügt. In der Küche war ein French-Press Kaffezubereiter(Kaffeepulver) Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kühlschrank. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mit der Vermieterin nach vorherige WhatsApp-Kommunikation.

Der Treppenaufgang von der Straße mit Gepäck ist nicht für jeden geeignet. Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber ein guter Ventilator steht im Schlafraum. Die Dachfenster (keine Abdunklungsmöglichkeit) sind nur schwer zum Öffnen und Lüften zu erreichen.

"Stylish space with great hosts"

A real gem of a place that is a hop skip to the beach and high street The back garden is an added bonus which is a beautiful hide out The decor and attention to detail from the textiles to the toiletries is fantastic. When people love where they live and are enthusiastic to share it it creates a real excitement. We were only there for two nights but all the recommendations from the host meant we could easily pack a lot in.
