Ubiacion y limpieza muy bien. Camas muy cómodas. Sufro de la espalda y perfectas. Muy tranquilo.

Appartement très propre et confortable, très bien situé en centre ville dans un très beau quartier exceptionnel. Tout est neuf, avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre. J'ai apprécié les produits d'entretien surtout pour le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Sébastien. Ville magnifique Je recommande cet appartement au calme malgré la situation en centre ville

"The place appeared lovely and well-appointed, but our experience there was a complete bummer ."

The wifi wasn't working when we arrived and the host messed about with us for two days evading the problem. We ended up solving the fact that it wasn't even on by climbing up to see into an obscure power box where the dead modem was located amid a tangle of cords. After over 24 hours in the place it started working (maybe the host had fixed it remotely? maybe some random thing we'd done?). But then it turned out we'd also wrongly transcribed a digit in the 20 digit password, so that is our fault. The microwave was not intuitive and for the first two days we were unable to use it, the only instruction manuals weren't for it and weren't in English. There was no separate information sheet from the host. The oven was okay but we couldn't get the dishwasher working. The whole place was an electronics nightmare which completely wasted the three precious days we had in San Sebastián.
