Nothing as the loud noise was very bad and cover all other good things, my baby can't sleep and cry all day, and I have to go out the facility until 5:00 PM

There was a renovation for the next-door apartment during all day with a very loud voice which prevent us from sleep and freaks out my baby. and the owner didn't support us and just said he can't do anything for us.

Location is near town area. Easy to get to most favorite dining place in Penang. Still need a car to go there. Clear instrution to perform the self check in. Room was clean.

Elevator was jammed pack during peak hour. The waiting time is between 45 mins to 1 hour. The host did provide some heads up on this but the waiting is very frustrating. Some of my family members take the stairs down from 26th floor.

"overall stay was great .. spacious, clean, microwave, big fridge, good air cond, washing machine.. will stay again"

spacious big rooms all rooms have 2 queen beds.. 1 queen bed at living area..3 balcony with great day nite views..air conds in rooms n living n dining..

Dining table .. snacks was all infested by ants in few hours .. but didnt see on floor.. tv not working well
