Everything is great,the quality of the utilities, the decoration of the house, huge and fascinating garden, parking place and the owners.The location makes it very easy to go to Venice center by only one bus route and very cheap. Does not matter if you have a car or not l,you should definitely stay here. The family has three dogs l,they are vwry friendly and don't care abour your dog.

Miejsce cudowne. Świetnie wyposażone. Rowery przydatne do porannych wypadów na zakupy czy kawę. Wszystkie informacje o miejscu i okolicy fajnie przygotowane przez gospodarza. Nam niestety brakło czasu, żeby skorzystać z leżaków, grilla czy kajaków.

Kanał powoduje, że dotarcie do przystanków autobusowych zajmuje trochę czasu. Jednak przejeżdżając kawałek samochodem można dotrzeć do "weneckiej" strefy i za 1,5 Euro można dojechać centrum.

A lovely, clean, ground floor apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Marco met me with the keys on arrival. He supplied me with lots of information before I arrived, about the property, directions, public transport, restaurants, local points-of-interest and facilities available, etc. All the information was very comprehensive and well put together. The bed was very comfortable and the underfloor heating made the place cozy. The free wifi was excellent. Secure parking on site. The apartment is about 20 mins walk from the nearest restaurant which is perfect. Absolutely no issues with this property, Marco is a charming host, and for me on a long work assignment it was much better than the normal boring hotels, to have more flexibility and not having to eat out in a restaurant every night. I would be more than happy to stay here again.
