"Satisfatória por um período curto."

Localização muito boa, logo abaixo havia um mercado e um posto de gasolina. Bom espaço, apartamento grande. Perto dos restaurantes, praça, igreja, etc. Churrasqueira na sacada.

Faltou água no apartamento em algumas ocasiões, não dava para tomar banho. Ar condicionado antigo e um deles não funcionava. Necessita de algumas pequenas melhorias para se tornar mais aconchegante.
