Spacious Double bed Private cottage Towels

No cutlery nor crockery,couldn't even make tea as there were no cups. Bathroom basin Taps not working Kitchen sick taps,no hot water and it leaks Bathroom has no window and extractor fan not working,and has no plug,smells of mold... TV has no internet connection...staff not helpful
