Quiet, private

Hot water only works intermittent so not pleasant on winter. Owner couldn't get WiFi working so no TV Main gate for parking cars has to be opened manually. Very difficult in the dark and cold winter trying to unlock the padlock on the inside of the gate though a small whole. Felt unsafe doing that and the gate is very heavy.

1) The handbasin in the bathroom leaks 2) Please consider putting in/installing a) cupboards in the kitchen area with a sink to wash dishes, if any b) a toiletroll holder c) bedside lights d) soap/shampoo/face cloth holder in the shower
