Container Departamento Río Baguales

Puerto Natales is where people mostly stay before or after the W or O trek and having somewhere near the bus station before and after is ideal (especially after!!) Pablo is one of the best hosts we've had and we'd stay there again if the occasion arises. Also a bag storage is available for storing big bags if you're downsizing how much stuff your taking on the trek - very convenient and affordable. Great little container with everything for a short stay.

A mini hob would be great as can do more with it than a microwave

Location. Very friendly host.

Very friendly staff. The place is absolutely spotless. Everything you need is there but it's a bit small. It's a container unit. No room for a side table next to the bed. It is across from the bus terminal so it's really handy if you need to catch a bus early or arrive late. It's perfect for one night.

Nothing really. It's a bit noisy next to the big street and kind of weird setting but that's the price you pay for being close to the bus terminal. The only suggestion I would make is to install a little night lamp. The lighting is very bright.

Very clean and good value for money. The heating and hot water work well, which is essential because it gets cold and windy here. Bed is comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and two sets of tableware. Courtesy tea and coffee provided. 3-minute walk to the bus terminal. 15-minute walk to town centre.

It is small and only suitable for a solo traveler or a couple with very little luggage. There is no room to store more than one large suitcase or two backpacks. Kitchen is basic with no stove or cooking utensils. Close to the street so if you want some privacy, you will need to close the blinds. Check-in can be very problematic if you do not have data. It’s very important to get the manager’s contact details in advance of arriving because you will need to call them to get the keys upon arrival and wait a bit outside!
