As fotos do site não condiz com o apartamento, cozinha totalmente diferente da foto. fogão velho, microondas não funcionava, apartamento estava sujo, parede com mofo, banheiro com mau cheiro, televisão não tinha canal de tv. Apartamento precisa de uma reforma e pintar as paredes. Não alugaria novamente nessas condições

Bom custo benefício, o apartamento é bom

Falta algumas coisas, como uma cafeteira, sanduicheira velha, agarra tudo já não tem antiaderente, microondas não funciona. Enfim, só fizemos café mesmo assim improvisado pois não tem garrafa e o fogão bem velho. Quem for cozinhar vai passar aperto.
