Apartamento muito confortável, bem organizado. Dono do apartamento muito atencioso. Localização excelente, local seguro para sair andando, próximo à praia, restaurantes e supermercado. Prédio bem organizado, com portaria 24h. Recomendo !!

Excelente apartamento. Entrega tudo que promete nas fotos e mais ainda. Muito limpinho e muito bem conservado. Tudo funciona mto bem: cafeteira, geladeira, misteira, chuveiros, tv e outros. Uma suíte e um banheiro para cada quarto. O proprietário é super atencioso e tira todas as dúvidas e nos passa as informações. Os porteiros educados e 24h. A localização nem se fala, com bares pra lá de especiais como o Bip Bip, padarias, supermercados e MTA segurança. Estou encantada e super recomendo.
