Apartamento bem localizado, próximo ao metrô. Dá pra ir ao centro a pé, passando pela escada seleron, Lapa, confeitaria, biblioteca, praia flamengo, botafogo... palácio imperial, feira da glória...o pessoal da portaria sempre gentil...o apartamento é excelente!

Apartamento muito lindo,limpo e organizado. Climatizado tudo funcionando perfeitamente superando nossas expectativas. Localização excelente perto dos principais pontos turísticos,metrô, ônibus e etc... Mercado,farmácias e restaurantes bem próximos.

"Good place for a short stay!"

Quietly located apartment in front of the Gardens of the Palacio do Catete, close to metro & supermarkets and not far from the Flamengo-beach & Zeca Pagodinho's bar. Excellent shower and airconditioning, good internet, very helpful owner and staff.

The dark living room without windows is a real pity : you have to open de bedrooms to see the daylight. No wardrobe either.
