Our host provided pastries, milk, butter, jam and marmalade which weren’t expecting and it was a lovely touch. Parking is easy and there is an EV charger. Phil the host was very friendly and hugely helpful.

This is only suitable for a couple or young family.

The apartment was furnished to the highest standards with high-quality finishes and furniture. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated with lots of unique elements and lights. I particularly loved the big mirror and extremely comfortable bed with heavy, quality bedding. The host was very friendly and welcoming and left a little cream tea, milk, water and croissants for us, which was very thoughtful. We both love coffee so it was nice to find a nice coffee machine with coffee capsuls provided. All the toiletries were also provided and were of good quality. The apartment was located just a walking distance from the pier and town centre. Car parking space was provided for the duration of our stay.

Although the interiors of the apartment were modern, comfortable, and really lovely, I was quite disappointed to find out that it was located in the basement. The listing description stated "Terrace, Sea view, Garden view, Landmark view," but there was no terrace and no sea view since the apartment was in the cellar. This crucial information was not mentioned anywhere, and I would not have booked it if I had known. The main reason I was willing to pay a higher price was that I expected both a sea view and a terrace, as depicted in the pictures provided in the apartment's description. Additionally, it would be nice to add a small bin in the bathroom for convenience, as well as a roll of kitchen towels for cleaning surfaces after food preparation. However, these are minor details and did not impact how lovely and comfortable the apartment was.

We loved everything about Brighton Beach Apartment. Friendly and approachable hosts, great location, lovely spacious clean accommodation. Would highly recommend.

We loved the spaciousness, the style, the comfort, the generous little welcome touches. We immediately settled in. The quality of the furniture and fittings delighted us. The armchair with a reading lamp (and books to browse), the comfortable modular sofa, the super recliner. Bed was very comfortable and so peaceful overnight. Amazing.

Being very picky now . . . An occasional dust on top of the wardrobe (my husband put his bag up there and it got covered in dust) and behind the headboard would be good. Small plates and a pair of kitchen scissors would be nice additions.
