Only good thing was the location

Room was dirty, need to pay for towels...sheets were dirty. Fridge was dirty.. every morning workers were working. I didnt had 1 night of good sleep

The location is very good.

We rented an apartment for four persons. However it was more suited for two persons, as no dining table was present in the apartment. The kitchenware was basic, with limited possibilities to cook dinner for a family. In the presentation of the apartment it is mentioned that it is equipped with a washing machine. The washing machine is however a shared machine, located on another floor. During our stay for nine nights, the washing machine was out of order.

The abovementioned stay is grossly misrepresented on your site and breaches multiple consumer rights. There was no sound isolation whatsoever and the neighbours were partying nonstop in the evening both nights we stayed there. It says in the terms that it is supposed to be quiet at 10PM, but both nights the parties next door started and continued way past this. To top it off, in the daytime there was ongoing construction work. So now we are severely sleep deprived before the new year’s celebration which was the whole purpose of our visit. A window in the room with the bed couch is not closable which led to extra noise on top of the neighbours and us waking up with tons of mosquito bites. We booked for two people but were only provided sheets for one bed. When asked for proper bed quilts but were denied this. We instead received one brown (doubtful if it is even washable..) blanket for the stained & unhygienic sofa bed. Which led to both of us freezing both nights (without any a/c on). Cockroaches spotted in multiple places in the building. I have MULTIPLE videos of the neighbours party noises, both from inside and outside our room.
