No 01 Small Studio flat in Aylesbury town Station

Its very close to the town centre and it was very clean and lots of natural light. Netflix :) Useful having a washing machine but no airer available. Cooker but no pans 🤔 But, overall, this place had a good vibe. It just needs a bit more thought on the owner's part, to make it exceptional.

Too close to the main road. Constant stream of traffic. The shower is much too high up. It was impossible to reach the controls, which really needs looking at by the owners. I had to ask for clean towels, which are necessary if staying longer than a few days.

The location was perfect for a short work stay in the area. It was convenient for Aylesbury and the district, close to the main road and with shops nearby. Access was easy, and phone support was quick when I needed it. Spotlessly clean. Netflix and Disney etc was a massive plus as well as racing fast Wifi :-)

There was an odd assortment of kitchen items - for example, no spoon, bowl or plate, no bottle-opener. Parking outside on the lane behind was a little wild-West, with some probability that competition for places might be high on some days - however, this was okay with my small car on the days I stayed. The host seemed a little brusque and put the phone down when I offered compliments about the very nice cleaning lady. Perhaps he misheard or something. In any event a neat little room and quite good value for money.
