Tesis iletişimi çok geç sağlıyor. Vaktinde tarafımıza dönüş yapılmadığı için odayı kiraladığımız halde konaklamayı gerçekleştiremedik. Ayrıca para iadesi de yapmıyor. Odayı kiraladıktan 2 saat sonrasında bize ulaştı. Ülkelerarası yolculuk yaptığımız için daire sahibi bize mesaj attığında biz internetimiz olmayan bir ülkedeydik ve mesajları göremedik. İnternetimiz olup kendisine yazdığımızda ve bir kaç kere telefonla aradığımızda ise cevap vermedi ve dönüş yapmadı. 09.00 pm’den sonra kendileriyle iletişim kurulamıyormuş. Öyle söyledi. Biz mağdur olduk. Memnun kalmadık.
