Central, Spacious and Authentic Family Apartment

Situación excepcional. Inmejorable. Tamaño descomunal.

Un poco frío ya que la calefacción tarda en calentar. Es un piso turístico gestionado por una empresa por lo que no hay trato de ningún tipo con un anfitrión.

The location was very central. Near a lot of the attractions in saint sebastian. We could just walk everywhere.

It was a bit dated and could do with a bit more maintenance.

Il manque qqes produits de cuisine qu'on n'emmène pas pour deux jours, par exemple huile sel poivre sucre etc ...

The only good thing about this massive apartment was the location, by the central Plaza Guipuzkoa. Old town was a 5 minute walk, Gros 10-minutes. Central and spacious as advertised.

While this place is centrally located, note it's also above a lively Irish bar. The beds weren't comfortable with saggy plastic-covered foam mattresses, tiny IKEA pillows and threadbare bath towels. Most disappointing was the lack of urgency shown to no hot water when we arrived, so we went unshowered and cold for our first night. The fix was simple - I had no idea why this wasn't checked before we arrived, but the host did not seem to care. At the price they charged us, this was very disappointing.
