El anfitrión nos canceló la estancia el mismo día de la llegada. Me supuso un perjuicio económico porque tuve que buscar alojamiento alternativo que resultó mucho más caro.

La comunicación con el dueño fue muy buena, le pedimos si nos podía dejar dos juegos de llaves y accedió amablemente. La ubicación también es buena, se puede ir andando al centro y alrededor hay bares, restaurantes y la estación de autobuses.

El apartamento no estaba en buenas condiciones: - las toallas y sábanas son muy muy viejas. - las camas son incómodas, también son viejas. - la temperatura del agua de la ducha sufre cambios constantemente. - la limpieza deja mucho que desear, como ejemplo, nos encontramos el cenicero en la terraza con colillas. Por último, se oye el ruido del ascensor en una de las habitaciones.

Super gelegen, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Tolles Viertel, lauter Einheimische drum herum. Balkon war super. Sehr nette Vermieter!

Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war zweifellos vorteilhaft. Allerdings verlief die Schlüsselübergabe äußerst unzureichend: Von der zuständigen Kontaktperson erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Erst durch einen Zufall fanden wir den Wohnungsschlüssel unter dem Teppich. Trotz mehrfacher telefonischer Kontaktversuche sowie schriftlicher Anfragen per E-Mail blieb jegliche Reaktion aus. Diese mangelnde Kommunikation und fehlende Unterstützung sind inakzeptabel und lassen auf einen erheblichen Mangel an Servicequalität schließen. Ein Mitglied unserer Reisegruppe hat einen persönlichen Gegenstand in der Unterkunft vergessen. Auch in diesem Fall haben wir mehrfach versucht, telefonisch sowie per E-Mail Kontakt mit der Vermietung aufzunehmen – leider ohne Erfolg. Die ausbleibende Rückmeldung ist äußerst enttäuschend und verstärkt den insgesamt negativen Eindruck hinsichtlich der Kommunikations- und Servicequalität.

Posizione buona a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ,in un bel quartiere vivace e ben servito bella terrazza, buona divisione degli spazi

Una rimodernata sopratutto al bagno e letti non ci starebbe male , prezzo un po eccessivo per la struttura
