Apartamento Elizabetta 3, pé na areia

La ubicación excepcional! Cruzar la calle y esta la playa(con guardavidas). A unas cuadras lugares para comer, comprar recuerdos y tomar ricas caipis. Al frente una estación de calistenia, para los que desean seguir con su entrenamiento o hacer deporte. El apto impecable, super cómodo y funcional. Anna muy atenta, siempre presente y resolviendo cualquier inconveniente. El condominio super seguro y tranquilo. Se puede caminar tranquilo por la calle que no pasa nada. El apto cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar lo que quieras. Se puede acceder caminando a playa do forno y playa grande(no hay grandes distancias).

Location was great.

We were shocked at how filthy the apartment walls were. I’m sure some of it might have been mold. Apartment advertised as “air conditioned”. Only the bedrooms have AC and the master BR AC didn’t work. When I reached out to the property manager and told her the AC wasn’t working her comment was…it worked yesterday. I then commented that the AC worked in the 2nd bedroom…her response was problem solved. That’s when the condition of the apartment became a major issue. I asked her if she had another unit available for us to move into…response “No”. I requested a reduced rate…response was “deal with Booking”. We did, our rental was for 5 nights, we stayed for 3 nights and Booking refunded our money for the other 2 nights. Customer service is definitely not the property managers forte.
