Close to beach apartment

Great location

However the property could do with a little love, pictures make it look nicer than it was. Beds were quite uncomfortable and the third bedroom is an extension off the back and the roof were home to very noisy pigeons at 4am - although I appreciate that is out of the owners control.

It’s a basement apartment and unfortunately smelled of damp.

Only stayed one night. The beds were comfy.

The back rooms both had excessive noise from pigeons early in the morning ad they were in the rear conservatory area.

Value for money with 3 separate bedrooms. Close to the seafront and amenities. Clean and well equipped though it would have been nice to have proper wine glasses instead of plastic ones. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thankyou.

Quiet apart from the pigeons which disturbed our sleep in back 2 bedrooms. A hole in the netting allowed their access into courtyard so could be fixed. One of the back bedrooms had a bit of a damp smell but the bed was comfy. Small steps going down to the basement appartment weren't lit for retuning home in the dark.

Kitchen sink could use a plug to help when washing up. Only a minor thing though!
