Luxurious Bungalow A2 in a quiet complex with pool 100m from the sea

The lounge seating was difficult to get out of and very uncomfortable.

The facilities in the apartment were very good with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, hob top and microwave. The recently renovated bathroom was excellent. The apartment is very close to the amenities in the village and to the sea front.

There are no views from the apartment. From the front you look straight into another apartment and from the back there is a view over scrubland. We found the apartment uncomfortably close to its neighbours.

We had an excellent stay. From the moment of booking to leaving, communication was excellent The bungalow was clean, tidy, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Outside area was nice to sit or lay in the sun with seats and beds provided. Village of Charco del Palo was a lovely little place with some nice long walks available. The village could do with some investment to tidy some areas but on the whole no complaints.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and we would definitely return again for a longer period. The added bonus of a pool in the small complex makes a nice change from going down to the natural piscinas all the time. Obviously, the freedom to be naked whenever and wherever in Charco is a wonderful experience.

For me personally, I think the apartment would benefit from having air conditioning but with windows open and the brisk Lanzarote winds, the temperature in the property was not unpleasant. The only other thing I would perhaps improve would be the mattress, something a little more soft would be ideal - however, this is a matter of personal choice..
