I would you advise you DO NOT BOOK with this company... who also trade as 'Beyond Hosting' and advertise on airbnb as well. Please see below for more details.

We were told 2 hours before our arrival that our property was not available. We tried to talk to the host (also known as 'Beyond Hosting') be he / they REFUSED to talk to us. The beds in the alternative property were poor and the mattress springs could be felt. There were 2 mugs in a property for 5 people and also insufficient cutlery / crockery... which was also dirty. We had been promised a 10% discount for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the host is refusing to honour this agreement and no money has been paid. Again, the host / 'Beyond Hosting' is refusing to speak with me and has ceased all communication... saying that I should now take it up with Booking.com.

Location is great, short walk to the beach, lovely restaurants etc. reasonably spacious living area.

On arrival the communal stairwell was really dirty, carpets were filthy and the paintwork was thick with dust, this doesn't look great when you arrive but thankfully this did not reflect the cleanliness of the apartment. The ceiling in the living room leaked when it was raining, no tea towel, no oven gloves, these would be easy things to improve. Not much point in having an oven if you can't take things out of it... The washing machine stopped working with our clothes in and we had to message for a technician, this was sorted quickly and easily. The rooms, bedding and towels were clean. The location is great, with a short walk to the beach. When we were leaving the key code for the door code didn't work and we couldn't access our bags. Tried to message and call the contact number for the property for 1.5 hours with no response. My daughter missed her train and we missed an appointment which did spoil the end of our stay. We had to wait for the cleaners to arrive who reactivated the battery so we could get our bags.

Location excellent for seafront but about a 15 minute walk to town centre.

Apartment entrance was a bit shabby but clean and nice inside.TV operated on WiFi and was intermittent connection but no real problem for us as we didn’t require it much.Getting up the stairs with luggage and young children was difficult

Location convenient

No Internet connection (very poor when with teenagers), non working TV, shared hall way filthy, full of litter and on both nights a homeless person was sleeping (inside) the hall. The hall stank of urine. Velox window in bathroom couldn't be closed and as a result, lots of wind debris was blown in

The host Kejia was amazing, she helped immediately with the minor issue we had and we could not have been happier. Close to allsorts of shops and restaurants

Near the beach, clean, easy access, parking nearby and modern flat.

Nothing. Location is good, but the building is at the corner of the road which is loud till late at night. Two rooms facing West and it gets very hot and stuffy in two rooms.

Dirty, worn out, broken window, dirty windows, left garbage, no toilet paper, no towels for three guests, wallpaper falling off, hot, noisy.
