Finding a car park ,make sure you get parking permits when booking room

The lounge is stunning and the high ceiling gives it a royal feel. The floors being carpet makes it comfortable to move around on & the big windows allow lots of light to come in. The shower/bath was perfect & everything went smoothly! The bedroom is beautiful aswell (in love with the interior) & the bed sooo comfy. Also, the equipment offered is more than enough and satisfying! Will be coming back for sure.

Excellent location. Clean. Option to park nearby was a plus for us. Lovely decor. All the bits we needed in the kitchen. Nice toiletries. Quiet in the bedroom as it was at the back of the house. Good communication from host. Neighbours seemed very friendly too. Generally seemed pretty sound proof which was good for us as we have a 5 month old so were worried about disturbing neighbours with her crying!

Didn't find mattress comfortable, and it was a bit creaky - might need an upgrade. We didn't realise how many stairs there were going to be, which was a little challenging with a baby, so may need to be slightly clearer on this in the description to help people (i.e. 3 steps up to front door, staircase up to internal front door, and steps down into the bedroom). Made it a little tricky with the pram, but luckily we got parked nearby so we just stored the pram in the boot.

This property is ideal for families with kids, very airy spacious with big windows with city view which is a great time pass for toddlers and young kids. Very clean, tidy and with all the necessary kitchen equipment, and things like high chair and all. This apartment is actually what we needed for our weekend stay at Brighton with our two kids. The manager (Catherine) is also very very helpful and prompt to reply to our message and call. Lots of space and a superb location (i360, beach and pier just a few mins walk away) is why we chose it for our stay. You can get a sea view as well from the dining area. Quiet ambience and nice Victorian architecture of the property is really impressive. We would love to book it if we visit Brighton again. Highly recommended. Thanks
