Location, tidyness of complex.had everything you needed in the apartment.

Only small things, toilet cistern was running water all the time, even through the night. Could do with more towels for a one week stay. Maybe more comfortable seats for sitting outside, ones provided where a little basic. plus a new curtain rail on the patio doors.

Bed frame was quite flimsy and even turning over in bed made a noise because of the frame! Not much support in the mattress

Keys were not available at check in time but contact with the host was good and sorted quickly.

Apartment located very nicely, close to the sea and all food places.

The apartment was nice and clean and we had everything there we needed except the washing machine. We had morning sun at our apartment and a nice swimming pool and benches. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is good and a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants and the center of town.

We could not use the washing machine. The start/stop button did not work. We informed Light Booking so hopefully, it will be in order when the next guests arrive. We also got the wrong information about the key to the apartment. We were told to pick it up at the airport (Canary shuttles) but that had changed and the keys were at the entrance to Arenas. We were not informed until we called LB as no keys were found at the airport.

The apartment was modern and clean up to date fixtures and fittings .

lightbooking accepted my booking in late june , I was unaware that there was already work being carried out at that time in the vicinity , I was not made aware of any work taking place until 2 weeks before arrival , they used the casual phrase " it may not be completed by the time of your arrival and there may be construction noise " . What they should have said was , directly outside your apartment the local council are carrying out major civil engineering works and replacing sewers and utilities , there will be CONSIDERABLE NOISE , SMELLS , DUST , from 8am until 4.pm . they knew that several more months work is needed to finish the project and 2 weeks notice was not enough time to find a suitable alternative accomodation as it coinsided with mid term break holidays in the UK which is a busy time in fuerteventura. lightbooking gave us the option to cancel and look elsewhere but at that late time we unfortunately decided to carry on with the stay at las arenas . lightbooking deliberately downplayed the scale of the work and the disruption it would cause , i should have been contacted a lot sooner and been made aware of this work, had I known I would certaintly not have considered staying there.

Great location, very accommodating hosts, ease of access.

Street noise did disturb sleep.
