The host is very accommodating and helpful with whatever we need to make our stay as convenient as possible. They even provided us with a small ref/cooler since we have three kids with us. The overall experience with the room is good enough for us parents to let our kids experience what it feels like to have a simple room, without a TV and a small bathroom. The bond within the family becomes stronger and more enjoyable.

None. The family enjoyed our stay in the EDSAN Apartment. It's a different experience for the whole family who are accustomed to the accessibility of ACs, TV, strong WIFI, a car, etc.

The place and the care taker . No hassle

I like how accommodating "Ante" (owner's helper）. The place was nearby port and we like how we can cook in their kitchen. There was also free water.

We didn't like how it was CONFUSING. We booked room for 2 and I ensured that when I booked, it was air-conditioned. However, when we arrived in the place we were in a 12-person room. Nevertheless, there was just the two of us in the room. Bed was uncomfy and hard. Also, I was triggered by mu allergies as linens were dusty and smelly. All in all, our stay was still worthwhile.

When we arrived, our reserved rooms were not available. We were informed we would be relocated to another property and that it would take a few hours. After going out for dinner, we returned only to be assigned a different set of rooms than originally discussed. There was no front desk staff available during the day—only a phone number posted to call if assistance was needed. The website advertised hot water, but none was available during our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, with the wooden base clearly felt through the thin mattress. Additionally, the air conditioning unit did not cool effectively, and the fan was missing a cover, posing a safety concern as the exposed blades could cause injury when walking nearby.
