The TV is just operated by “mouse “, can’t control by TV REMOTE CONTROL ; a little bit moisture smells, the bathroom is not good ventilation

Cleanliness not up to our standard, lots of improvement needed to up the standard and match the pricing. The water filter attached to the tap was bursting with water when we arrived (ard 8pm), when made a feedback to customer service we were being "informed" that it would be fixed after we check out?!? (Only after some form of insist, the handy man came to fix it). Toilet is a bit run down, the floor in the unit was not clean- sticky, we couldn't be barefooted, had to wear the disposable slippers we brought. The sofas not up to our standard, we did not sit on them especially the smell of many human body on the artificial leather sofa was pungent, obviously no maintenance. The TV box, no instruction on how to use it, only can scroll up n down but not left right, therefore limits the search options. The mouse and mouse pad for controlling the TV box is a hassle, one has to sit so close to the TV trying to pick a show to watch and worse, it is dirty and feels sticky when touched, we had to clean and disinfect before using. Instruction for check in, could be done better and clearer, especially where the carpark lot of this unit (33-3A) is so dark, no light. There was no indication of where the lift lobby is, in relation to the carpark lot. We drove past the lot twice and when finally parked, we walked around searching for the lift lobby!

Good value for money. Overall place was clean. Property was a little dated but all in all one cannot complain as the pricing was competitive. Private parking provided. However, nice touch as some coffee sachets were provided!

Whilst in general the place was clean but due to the design, one can find that the window sills sliding grooves were not clean. Wasn't a nice feeling when taking a shower. I found that this type of property where one needs to insert keys for power etc a little inconvenient. As always the main issue with apartments in the Landmark building is the lack of lifts for 39 floors!

Value for money. Fast response from host. Awesome view of sunrise & penang. Facilities tip top. Great place - thank you.

Great location with lots of food outlets close by. Very clean. Security people are very helpful. Could walk to everything we needed. Upmarket area. Host was very accommodating.
