Amazing location for what we needed which was bus stop to San Pedro to visit family and location to the beach

Good location

The keyholder was arrived late and did not text to let us know. The video (in Spanish only) explaining the outer door lock showed a completely different apartment and lock. The inner door key fob kept showing error messages, or 'battery low' or not working so we did not know if we would be locked out if we left the apartment. The two '24 hour' phones were not answered. Our whatsapp messages were not answered, or answered very late. We were not told that the dishwasher was broken, though I can see it was broken in July. The main table was dirty. There were only 2 wineglasses for 6 adults - though we requested and were given more. Water ran constantly in one toilet so we had to turn the water supply on then off whenever we used it; we were told 'they were just waiting for a plumber to ring back'. We waited in for a plumber, as requested, but no-one came. There are dim ceiling lights in the bedrooms which cannot be turned off.

One of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed at. How can you advertise and charge a fortune for a dirty apartment with broken amenities? One of the toilets did not flush, and the sink took hours to drain. The host told me this via text after I checked in, but clearly knew beforehand and still took my money advertising as 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. When I asked him about it he ignored my message. It is apparently an apartment for 6 people but had two wine glasses and 4 mugs? Everything was old and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms had a damp smell. The sofa was dirty. The fans were useless. The kettle was full of oil and black mess. Do not stay here, there are better more affordable places in San Sebastián. Check in was very difficult too, why do you have a fob that barely works? Why do you make guests collect keys that are stuck to a tree?
