La casa del Cervino

The location of the property is absolutely amazing. It's very close to the slopes/the lift which makes it a perfect appartment for Ski-in/Ski-out. It's also very centrally positioned within Cervinia, which is very nice. All the restaurants are on a walkable distance. The appartment complex is easy to find, especially if you communicate with the host beforehand. The appartment is a bit small, but that is to be expected for this price.

One of the sofa beds was broken. It was impossible to sleep on this bed as half of the base of the bed was missing. We communicated this to the host, but he unfortunately did not offer any solutions. The only thing he communicated was that he knew the bed was broken and a new one will arrive two weeks after our stay. As you can imagine, this did not help us. The only solution was to put the matras, which was very flimsy on itself, on the floor. My advice to the host would be to communicate shortcomings like this beforehand. This makes it possible for guests to evaluate themselves if they would want to cancel. For example, if we knew one of the sofabeds was unusable before we got there, we would have cancelled.

Un po’ stretta la cucina, ma ci si adatta benissimo

La posizione in pieno centro permette di lasciare l auto e arrivare ovunque a piedi.

In piena estate so bene che è chiedere troppo avere la possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento ma le basse temperature potrebbero richiederlo.

Absolutely priceless location overlooking the slopes and the Matterhorn view from the balcony. Surprisingly quiet, too. Right in town. Normally can't afford such a great location. It was a bit tight with a family of 4 once the beds were out but still bigger than where we were last year! Couldn't sit round the table and have the beds out. Kitchen tiny. I wouldn't recommend for 4 adults but fine for a family. It was a little tired but if it wasn't it would be out of our price range.

Location is amazing

The location was great. the apartment was not so big but was well planned. All that you need was there. Walking distance to slop, restaurants, shops. We were very happy to stay. I recommend 👌
