Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful garde

Gate and front doors both stuck; it had been raining a lot so frames and doors were swollen plus keys and locks are rusty, they need WD40. I had to phone the agency who said they would take an hour to get out. An old friend from the next street helped me to get in while on the phone. I suggest letting guests now the doors can be stiff when wet and which direction to turn the different keys

There was no cafetiere or hob coffee maker, no beans or pods in the freezer. The 2nd bedroom has no side table, drawers or any hooks/hangers for clothes. The humidifier is noisy. The heating was on for the first night, but did not come on at all the next day or night - despite adjusting the thermostat. The gutters need clearing to reduce the constant dripping when it's pouring outside. The sofas are far too large and not comfortable. There is no radio set up on the TV (which dominates the room). Phone signal was poor.

A very comfy sofa, a little difficult to get up out of for the more mature person which offered entertainment factor. Location was excellent for Hove Station, literally a 3 minute walk away. Buses and a taxi rank outside the station as well as a car park. We parked there which was a little expensive but only as expected for the area.

Being a basement flat there wasn’t as much natural light as would’ve liked. But it was absolutely fine for a short stay.

Property is well located and really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
