The location is good. Just a couple of blocks to Ipanema beach and supermarket. The building has a mini market useful to buy something in a hurry. The only problem is there is a favella in the back of the building so is a little bit noisy during the evening and night.

The property is safe location and the security in the building is the best the people work on the reception was amazing the beds very comfortable and only few blocks way from the beach

The internet was only work in the live room, the the tv was not working properly the volume didn’t work and I ask the Menage from the property I don’t have any response. Also no one informe about the apartment is close to the favela Cantagalo so all the Windows views was face and the noise all day and night was terrible. But what is the real problem from the apartment is the stairs inside to get to the rooms I never see anything like I have recently surgery in my back and I was not able to get up there because is so small not recommended this place for old people or small kids.
