Quite a lot of music noise late at night in the downstairs room

Excellent location (almost on the beach and in central Brighton), spacious and comfortable. Three showers is such a plus for a big group. The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact.

Plenty of space to sleep 8 of us. Nice facilities with lots of bathrooms. Lovely large kitchen as a communal space when the lounge became a bedroom to two of us. Location was excellent, so close to the beach/pier and many eating establishments. James also provided a helpful guide of where to park locally. James as a host was absolutely amazing. We did have a few issues during our stay but James dealt with them very promptly and professionally and was also very friendly throughout. Would highly recommend this apartment and host!

Only notes to take from this is there is no communal toilet which would have benefited those sleeping on the sofa beds instead of going into someone's room in the night. Personally the toilets were a bit too close to the beds in each room so felt a little awkward going to the toilet! The sofa beds weren't the comfiest however the total price definitely outweighs that as it was exceptional value for money between 8 of us.

Superb location, very clean, all essential amenities and a very helpful and communicative host. This was the perfect place for our trip with 7 ladies. Would definitely book again!
