Lovely property felt so at home there. Excellent location, great communication from the owner, very accommodating. Great for groups with the 3 ensuites. Would love to have booked both apartments for next summer but booked up already. I'm not surprised.

Be mindful its a busy spot so you need to understand there will be noise. Local party Saturday night went on until 4.00am so my friends struggled to sleep. Not me though didn't hear a thing after enjoying the many drinking hostelry's Brighton has to offer. Wouldn't let it stop anyone going, it's why you go to Brighton.

Location was excellent and nice touches from host

Very squeaky beds on 1st floor & bunk beds, chairs were rickerty just all need a tighten up for a better nights sleep

Location is unbeatable - amazing sea views and people watching. Totally exceeded our expectations

Nothing really - only comment is the creaky bed in main bedroom. We were honestly sad to leave the amazing view

Location of was amazing, the view from the living room window looking to the beach is the best part. The kitchen had all the things needed Host very kind and helpful. we where to check in early

It was not easy to connect to the tv but with great view how needs tv
