The apartment was spacious and very clean, situated around 20 mins from restaurant Shtastlivetsa which is a must-go kind of thing.

When we came back from dinner at around 10.30 pm the entrance doors were closed and our chip did not work so we could not enter the building. Luckily, we decided to try and get in through the garage which did not require key.. imagine if the garage was locked.. no one picked up the phone that evening. Also, there was one family that just arrived and standing there for 30 mins with no response from the hotel. They were supposed to leave the key for the family but the box was empty-they were lucky we came back at that moment and took them in to the hotel. Lots of stress for the guests
