The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The location was perfect! Only a 5-minute-walk to Copacabana Beach and a 3-minute-walk to the metro station “Arcoverde”. The host Elisa is an amazing. She always makes you’re comfortable. The value for money was also great!

For me it was not a problem and it didn’t bother me personally but make sure to bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noises. The window is very thin, so you can hear everything from the street.

The studio is a real gem! Despite its tiny size, it has more than one might possibly need for a comfortable stay. Elisa, the host, seems to prepare everything for her guests, from food seasoning to earplugs. Special thanks go to the coffee and tea islands (yep, you read correctly, there are dedicated areas for all things coffee and tea ceremony!). And, the location is superb—the beach is a 5-minute walk, a delicious bakery that is open since 6:30 AM is downstairs, bike rental parking is 5-mins away, and a metro station is super close. Elisa is always available and ready to help. On our check-out day, she kindly let us leave the luggage at the apartment, which helped us not waste the last day in Rio and explore it to the fullest. The only drawbacks were light and noise at night, both coming from the café downstairs. The light is a minor issue that is easily fixed with a mask. However, noise can be very annoying. Since there's next to no soundproofing, you will literally hear everything that happens on the street. Luckily, the street is usually not very crowded, but that café... well, when some Britons decide to sing "Happy Birthday" after midnight, the entire community is stuck with it. Even the tired café employees who are supposed to work until 12 AM. Additionally, the toilet pumps make an odd noise after flushing, but don't worry, it stops within 5-10 minutes. So, if you are a noise-sensitive person, bring some ANC earbuds. *Elisa is aware about this issue, and she's already working on it. She truly cares about the studio and her guests ; I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Overall, it felt like visiting a long-distance auntie who would make sure you ate well, rested, and had fun :) Obrigado, Elisa!

Noise and light at night. But please, read the whole review!

The owner is great and very helpful, she answered all our request and multiple questions, was available all the time. Also left some small presents as a nice gesture, very kind. The apartment is not very big, but very cozy, convenient and colorful. There is 24-hour physical presence at the entrance of the building. The metro station is 50 meters away and there is a taxi stand right at the front door. There are multiple restaurants nearby and the beach is very close. In the property there is everything you can think of as appliances and conveniences, including Netflix for the rainy days.

Love everything about it. This place has everything, very thoughtful. Love elise (the host) so much, very communicative, helpful, and easy to reach. Definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again without a doubt.

The owner or manager has placed a lot of kitchen utensils, coffee and tea cups, etc. The concierge is manned 24 hours a day. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The space in the unit is small, but it is filled with a lot of unnecessary items. After we moved in, we rearranged the furnishings because we were afraid that they would accidentally bump into something, fall to the ground and break, or get bumped. The sound insulation is very poor, and all the noise from the street is transmitted without reservation.

Very close to metro, nice restaurants and the beach

Elise was marvelous, very responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. As a solo traveller, this really helped. The apartment is in a great location in Copacabana, and is loaded with many, many appliances.

The apartment was very well furnished, we had everything we needed and even much more! Location was perfect, 5 min walk to Copacabana Beach / Copacabana Palace, with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants around. The host Elisa is amazing, very pleasant warm and welcoming. She gave us her full support during our stay. She was willing to respond all our questions and help when needed. The guardians downstairs were also very warm and welcoming.
