great location and price - had everything you could want and need for a self catering property. Huge fridge and great smart tv installed.

not an issue for us, bedroom was quite small to manoeuvre around, but had plenty of wardrobe space.

Perfect location for exploring Caleta De Fuste. Immaculately clean apartment and complex, very quiet. Excellent communication from Adrianna and Luis. The balcony and the pool area are a great spot to catch the sun all day. The kitchen was well equipped. There are small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. There is parking if you are hiring a car. The bottle of wine on arrival in our apartment was much appreciated. A great base for exploring CDF and very easy to get to the coastal path for walking.

Unfortunately Booking had double booked the apartment for our arrival night. Adrianna was excellent in communication and arranged a night at another apartment which unfortunately was not up to scratch. No running water and I could smell the pillows, they were not clean. Adrianna provided a solution to a problem but unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations. We appreciate the effort to find a solution but in future should this happen again I would expect a hotel room to be paid for by Booking as the mistake is in their system so neither us as guests nor Adrianna as a host should miss out. We moved into the apartment we originally booked the following day thankfully and it was lovely. The only complaints we have is the bed was rock hard and not comfortable. I appreciate a firm mattress but not a hard uncomfortable one. Perhaps a mattress topper would be a good solution? Also, the toilet upstairs is not designed for anyone with longer legs, we are tall and had to sit side saddle on the toilet which is not the comfiest position.

Very nice apartment with all the necessary to pass excellent vacation

At first, brilliant communication from host. Apartment was too hot and they arranged for a fan to be bought and was in our apartment within an hour. Bottle of wine waiting upon arrival - really nice touch However, soon discovered apartment had cockroaches - I counted over 7 including babies to suggest breeding Cockroache faeces found on kitchen counter, floors and in cupboards upon closer inspection Contacted apartment who apologised and arranged a deeper clean Photos sent by guy who organised clean - we thought brilliant However next day found an army of ants and under bed found open packet of crisps Apartment had clearly not been deep cleaned Pool was filthy As it was unbearably hot even with fan and due to cleanliness we needed to leave Contacted owner who went from being helpful to not replying, unwilling to negotiate costs Despite being in a different country claimed apartment was clean however how could they see it? Photos sent but still refusal to only allow us to pay for days stayed - more than generous on our behalf if you ask me. We had to pay more than for days stayed. Really disappointed - I have never moved accommodation before

Filthy pool No air con and very hot apartment Dirty - needs a proper deep clean that involves moving furniture not just cleaning around it Host - starting off so helpful and quickly changed.

We stayed in number B18 On the Las Arenas complex. The apartment had everything you needed and more. 2 double rooms (lots of room for clothes and plenty of hangers) 2 hairdryers (really powerful) Washing machine Toastie maker There is too much to mention as it was like a home from home. On arrival we were greeted by Luis a lovely Spanish man who showed us around the apartment and if we needed anything we would just WhatsApp Adrianne (the owner) and she would be sure to let him know. We had an issue with the sofa bed and they went out and purchased a brand new bed from Ikea.. nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was really great, there was no rush for sun beds no matter what time of day. Some days we had the pool all too ourselves it was like staying in our own villa. Town was a 5 minute walk and there are lots of bars and restaurants and the beach about 15min walk. The price was reasonable too, if I come back here next year we will definitely be booking this room again.
