New Apartment Sun beach

Este apartamento no esta en condiciones para alojarse. Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba muy sucio. Habían zapatos en el armario, lo que hacía que oliera a pies toda la casa. Las sábanas estaban sucias, tuvimos que dormir en el coche y al dia siguiente pagar otro alojamiento porque la propietaria no nos quiso devolver el dinero ni compensarnos con otro alojamiento, además no fue nada comprensiva con nosotros puesto que lo único que nosotros queríamos era habernos encontrado el apartamento limpio.

Ideally located, clean and comfortable, the apartment has everything you need. Lovely sunny patio area to relax on in the afternoon. TV has all the channels, lots of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Great communication with both the host Tracey prior to arrival & Lisa who met us for check in/out at the apartment is really lovely! An early check in and late check out was very kindly accommodated for us and were invaluable! The bungalow was very clean, nice shower and lots of linen/ towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking all our meals, which as we stayed over 2 weeks I regularly do and wanted for nothing. Eating on the peaceful & sunny terrace every day was bliss! Pool area is lovely & big, lots of sunbeds and the gardens are maintained constantly and it shows. Set back on a quiet residential street, the complex is gated and is safe. Close to all amenities (only a 5 min walk to the supermarket) and plenty of places to eat and drink if you don’t want to walk further in to the centre (we rated Tommy Nutters for breakfast & nice coffee and Pizzart is only 2 mins away for gorgeous pizzas 😋) The TV having English channels and a cupboard with lots of books were both added extras! We had a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook, thank you Tracey & Lisa 🌟

Safe gated complex. Compact with everything you need and little extras like basic cooking essentials. Basic toiletries for when you arrive nice. Cooker, fridge, washer, cleaning essentials etc. Nicely decorated. Veranda and pretty garden gets sun thru the day.

Only single duvet for double bed (it was cold on the night). I had to put cooker on to keep warm as no heating available. Quite thick black mould in wardrobe and in one corner of the bedroom. I had to wash it off with mop then cloth while standing on plastic chair using bleach and washing up liquid.

We requested an early check in and late departure and the host was very obliging The bungalow had everything you needed for a self catering holiday and they even had beach towels for us to use . Such a lovely and peaceful complex would definitely stay again

Didn’t like that the air con was coin operated!

La ubicación del establecimiento es fantástica, el entorno ajardinado también está muy cuidado y es muy bonito.

Lo que no me gustó nada fue la suciedad en general del apartamento, especialmente cortinas, menaje de cocina y ventanas mosquiteras. Tampoco me pareció bien que el aire acondicionado funcionara con monedero, este detalle no estaba así recogido en la descripción del alojamiento en la página de booking.

La terraza para los desayunos a la sombra y las cenas al fresco.La tranquilidad del sitio( excepto dos días que los vecinos del adosado de al lado eran algo ruidosos pero eso no es culpa del anfitrión).La piscina , limpia , buena temperatura y con poca gente.Lisa , la chica que nos atendió, un encanto. Volveríamos encantados.

Que en la descripción del alojamiento ponía que había lavavajillas y NO lo habia(espino 88 , acabo de revisarlo) También pone que hay aire acondicionado y si lo hay pero ES DE PAGO , eso tampoco lo pone en la descripción.El menaje algo justo.

Excellent location with beautiful swimming pool. Apartment has everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to beach.
