"Gute Location, aber sehr hellhörig"

Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Einfacher Check-In.

Leider sehr hellhörige Unterkunft. Besonders die Wand im Schlafzimmer, die an die Nachbarwohnung angrenzt, ist sehr dünn. Dadurch haben das massive Schnarchen der Nachbarn und dauerklingelnde Wecker (zwischen 4:30 Uhr und 8:30 Uhr) einen erholsamen Schlaf verhindert. Die Kochutensilien waren nicht wirklich sauber und die Couch ist ziemlich unbequem. Die Duschkopfhalterung war bereits bei Ankunft kaputt (das wurde zwar schnell repariert, hätte aber von Anfang an nicht sein müssen). Fliegengitter wären für den Sommer sinnvoll.

Gute Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten einen leicht modrigen Geruch. Durch schwarze Küche wirkt der Raum sehr dunkel.

Sehr schöne kleine Dachwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet und nur 500 m zum See und 300 m zum bhf Friedrichshafen. Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Die Einrichtung ist einem ikea Beispielzimmer gleich lol..

"Tolle Wohnung für 2 mobile Personen in zentraler Lage"

Stylische Wohnung in zentraler Lage zum Bahnhof und See . Allerdings 4.OG . Gut ausgestattet. Allerdings machen die schwarzen Wände und Decken es im Küchenbereich sehr dunkel. Betten waren bezogen und flauschige Handtücher vorhanden .

Es fehlten Garderobenhaken im Flur und der Kleiderschrank steht im Flur .
