Outhouse Bothy

The location was exceptional. It was so clean! It was quirky!

The downstairs was cold in the morning and very small.

Very quiet and perfect as a bed for the night.

Nothing.

A brilliant little find in the heart of the village. Plenty of facilities available and a very comfy bed. Arrived early and having rung the owner Stu. I gained early access without any problems

Being an old bothy the stairs were rather steep, but plenty of things to grab hold of whilst going up and down which was essential as I use a stick for balance. That aside nothing else bothered me

Location was perfect, 2 minutes from everything. Small & cozy perfectct for a short stay. Balcony was lovely.

Little bit cold, but once we put heaters on it was great.

It was a little cold downstairs even with the heater but it wasn't too bad

The property was lovely, very quirky as described, right in the centre.

It was cold on arrival, heaters were there, but I think should have been on to walk in to a warm place.

The property was in a great location was very quirky but it was to our taste. The instructions on how to gain access and direction were very good. We will definitely stay again.

The only reason I didn’t give the facilities and excellent were a couple of minor issues that could be easily rectified for very little cost. There was some staining on one of the walls where water had got in at some point It was an old building and these things happen. Just needed a little paint touch up. The flooring in the toilet and the shower was starting to degrade and split just needs a new floor covering.

Excellent cosy quirky outhouse that was everything it said on the tin. Perfect location in the centre of town close to all amenities and the excellent brewery where we spent time and chatted to folk. Was abit worried we might be cold but we certainly weren’t. Had everything we needed.

Dear god please listen to folk and replace the bed and mattress………..!

Location superb easy to access allowed to check in early nice touch 2bottles of beer also there is a iron and hairdryer in the property wich is not mentioned on there booking page
