"Chalet not bad - holiday site a dump. Wouldn't stay again - not worth the money."

The chalet was clean and tidy. Nice neighbours. Outdoor toys and extra chairs to use outside. Decor was acceptable and furniture mostly adequate. Own parking space. Has a washer dryer. Well equipped kitchen.

Gas oven not lighting so had to eat out. Gas kettle. Not 2 single beds in second room but a double - caused problems with my 2 children sharing. Sofa bed uncomfortable with metal bar throught the middle. Shower was low pressure and inconsistent, and tiny. Huge speed bumps damaged my car. Noisy and police called out 2 out of 3 nights. Residents who live there were drunk, disruptive and noisy. No idea if there was a reception on the holiday area. Details in the folder are outdated. Rails in wardrobes don't fit. Patio was very uneven with big differences in heights so a serious risk of tripping - at night, kids and elderly in particular.

Stayed a few times on this site, some of the properties are very basic. Paul is a lovely host, his property is very clean, it doesn’t have that damp smell that some do… and had nice crockery. Felt safe with lovely neighbours. Shop two minutes away. Very peaceful place.

Lovely place to run away from the busy city life. Kids loved freedom of running around. Not too far from the seaside and so many activities for kids.

There was cereal and butter there for us with jam and marmalade Wee did not.partake but.inly.because we were busy
