Apartment and location lovely

I booked the apartment thinking incorrectly that it had an enclosed garden for our dog. I believed this because there is an apparently unchallenged review in a prominent position on the owners website. I have learnt from this and in future when it is something important to us we will double check with the owners that what we need for the enjoyment of our holiday is in fact there. For this reason my personal opinion is it is not suitable for my dog, I regret booking the property and would not go back although I would go back to Lytham St Anns in a heartbeat.

The plugs were hard to drain, the oven and hob were hard to use

Fabulous location right across the road from the dog friendly beach. Only a 5 minute walk to all the shops and supermarkets along with the cinema, children's splash pool, trampolines, mini golf and play park all within walking distance too. The apartment was very clean and cosy with all the amenities you would expect. There were tvs in both the longue and bedroom and WiFi if needed. Also a little shared courtyard to the back of the property.

I would have liked to have a vacuum, especially being so close to the beach so that I could clean the sand off the floor. The courtyard was lovely but not secure so if you were to bring a dog they cannot be let off lead. Also there was no grass available so I was unable to let my dog outside for a quick wee at bedtime. This is not in anyway a negative point if you don't have a fussy dog like mine.

Great location, very comfortable apartment.

Bedroom door doesn't stay closed when the windows are open. No hot water in the kitchen. Crockery hadn't been cleaned properly, obviously this was the previous holiday makers responsibility

Everything in the appartment that you would need. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Sky tv. Very clean and tidy

The outdoor seating could do with updating. But did not cause an issue.
