The apartment was, just we needed to attend Lytham Festival, we were a group of 4. Good communication with the owner throughout and free parking. The only down side was the beds. The double bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through it and the sofa bed was rock hard. None of us had a good night's sleep. Everything else was just fine though.
