Two nights cost €190which was in my opinion expensive, Then I was also debited another £150 or €172 for security deposit which I think was unreasonable. I met with no staff nor had any contact from them to ensure all was okay. Access was via a key box and code was only given after I paid deposit. My mistake that I didn’t read house booking rules. Given the large security deposit, I was surprised to see the dining table with a corroded metal base and very much economy range fitting Seb , fixtures and furniture throughout, The bedroom would benefit from black out blinds, the windows are all placed very high despite the fact I am 5ft 5, hopefully the deposit is returned quickly, in addition the shower cubicle is very small even for a slim person,

“A perfect stay at Windmill Apartments – No. 5” We had a wonderful stay at Windmill Apartments, No. 5. The apartment was perfect for our needs—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and ideal for two people. Its greatest strength is the location: perfectly positioned in St Anne’s, just a short walk from the train station, the town centre, and the beach. It made getting around incredibly easy and added so much convenience to our trip. We would happily stay here again.

Modern well appointed apartment, spotless clean, centrally located. Everything you need. Efficient check in. Had a couple of items needing attention Promptly dealt with by Jacqi . Good comms. Tea and biscuits, bath soap and washing up liquid. Damage deposit returned same day.

Not easy to park. Very uncomfortable sofa in lounge area. Need a shower caddy and maybe a hook on the door.

Location was good, accommodation was clean but beds very uncomfortable seating was also uncomfortable. Water was boiling hot and pipes in shower were untouchable red hot, everything that was needed for a kitchen was there 👌. And the location was good.

Didn't like the bed and sofa bed easy chairs were rickety and unstable, water temperature was far too hot bubbling out of the taps. Outside door very noisy to close.

Comfortable and very clean.

We loved the location and off road parking. The apartment was especially clean throughout. Plenty of hot water. The apartment was warm on arrival. Plenty of restaurants are very nearby. Great value for money.

The settee was very uncomfortable and the middle dipped really badly. We managed to place cushions in the middle of the seat area to level this area up. Staying in the winter results with longer spells sitting inside. The shower cubicle is very small - the smallest we've ever used. The main front door into a number of apartments had to be forced fully pulled to close the door. The whole door frame shook when anybody used the door. No soft lighting just spotlights throughout.
