Apartamento do Avô Tomás

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, bien placé au coeur du village et au milieu d'une bananeraie. Endroit calme et paisible en novembre. Arrivée autonome sans problème. Merci à Adriana pour sa réactivité à notre demande. Nous recommandons vivement. Chantal

Excellent location with a spatious & clean apartment that suited us perfectly. We also enjoyed a balcony and having a restaurant next door and a seaside some 200m down the street. The village is quiet and off-beat, perfect for a holiday away from the crowds. The host gave us all the nnfo we needed and was easy to reach via whatsapp.

A few things in the flat would benefit from a bit of maintenance. The microwave did not function, the handles at several doors and one toilet seet need to be fixed.

1- Location is good if you like nature. It is 5 mins walk to the ocean. There is a banana plantation nearby. You will need a car here though as public transit and taxi are not a practical option. However parking is available and its free. 2- The place was very clean 3- The place is spacious. Enough space for 4 people. 4- All the basic utilities/appliances are available

1- There is no air conditioning. There is no screen door on the patio door (so you have to keep the balcony door closed to avoid insects getting in. There is only 1 fan available which is not enough for 2 rooms. Those who were unlucky to not have the fan were sweating at night - literally. And this was in the 4th week of Oct. Cant even imagine how it would be in the summer months. 2- There is only 1 key available and the lobby door gets locked as well, so if there are multiple people staying, then they pretty much need to be together or coordinate between themselves. 3- The beds were hard. In sleepless nights, it feels harder The biggest issue was the heat inside the apartment. The other 2 items are not that big of a deal

Super lokalita, posezení na terase, večerní plavání v oceánu. Vybavení koupelny, kuchyně, všeho dostatek, prací prostředky, šampon, sprchac, sůl, olej, atd.

Vše ok. Možná myčka nádobí, v páru ok ale být tam s celou rodinou, už by chyběla

Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb - in der Nähe eines Restaurants - mit einer Bananenplantage direkt vor der Haustür. Der Rundgang durch die Plantage ist absolut empfehlenswert und man bekommt für wenig Geld die besten Bananen von Madeira !! Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und lädt zu einem sagenhaften Sonnenuntergang ein. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist gut - allerdings fehlt ein Geschirrspüler.

Das Zimmer besitzt leider keine Klimaanlage! Und zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren beide Toiletten Sitze defekt. Außerdem war das Duschwasser - trotz aller Bemühungen (auch noch 5-10 Minuten) maximal handwarm..

Wunderbare Aussicht, unkomplizierter Check-In, tolle Ausstattung, es war sehr sauber. Kurz, alles.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. There is a parking space right in front of the building so we parked the car easily. We loved it because we could go around the island easily as it is well connected, whilst also being away from the noise of a big town. Downstairs there is a restaurant, but it closes at 10 pm, after that it is only the sound of the waterfall near the banana plantation :)
