perfect location

didn’t know had to pay £15 for our dog until after we booked it

The apartment was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay wih our 11yr old daughter and 4 yr old dog. The location was great and was a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Nothing

Absolutely nothing We had to check into another Hotel, I have never felt so embarrassed, this was supposed to be a little overnight stay with the girls to support a best friend after loosing a parent. Dirty bedding (brown visible stains), hard crusty towels. Cigarette dimp at the front door, rust and lime scale seal in the shower room. Paint coming off the sealing in shower room. Over iced fridge freezer and and strange smell when you enter the apartment. When rang to make an obvious complaint Brendan the owner said I arrived early so I went back and still It was in the same condition. Brendan called my à liar. I was extremely hurt, and upset as I am the most honest person, and I like to support any business owners, I wish I took pictures but it’s just not in my nature, I honestly thought it could be resolved. Brendan said a painter is arriving, which was even worse as no one wants to be in a room with paint fumes, and that the Cleaner had not been. Brendan unfortunately was telling economical truth. No customer service or customer concern about my complaint, no offer of another room. I even said to Brendan the owner that it could be resolved if I had a refund and him to ensure the works were completed to a good standard for the next customer as I wouldn’t want a family or anyone to experience what I did. I even asked Brendan to meet me at the property so I can show him what I am complaining about. Brendan replied.. pay for another night, that will Make you a customer I havn’t got time for people who are not customers, The end of the complaint ended with Brendan accusing me of refund or complaint, I have never been spoken to or felt so belittled by anyone. Lytham is such a beautiful place the sea side loft is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone

No plugs in bathroom or kitchen. My husband struggled when shaving. Also dropped 2 toothbrush heads down sink. (Sorry)

Location is perfect for getting into town and to the beach. Host was extremely helpful when we arrived as the keys weren’t in the lock box, he arrived and changed the locks and the key code within 30 mins - which was enough time for us to pop for a pint and be back! The property was clean, warm and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay, bedding and towels provided, games and a handy local information guide. It looks exactly like the photos do doesn’t disappoint. £15 for the dog to stay - he seemed to enjoy it so money well spent.

Everything was spot on, just a couple of notes: *Parking is on a first come basis, not an actual issue but something to be aware as you may need to park further up or down the street. *Wifi box is unplugged in the cupboard if you want it - we didn’t

Toaster and Kettle

We booked for the loft but were told they had problems with it and got located to seaside sundae, however during the night there was a lot of noise coming from the apartment above (seaside loft) so clearly there was someone occupying it. Bedding smelt awful rooms were dampy, heating didn’t work it was freezing. no smart tv to watch Netflix so standard channels only. Tv is in awkward position. bedroom 2 is accessed through bedroom 1 and bathroom unless you walk back out the apartment and down the landing. Wifi didn’t work and when we messaged the host there was no reply.
