No. 16 Lytham

Beautifully decorated and superbly located. Lots of extra touches that made it feel like the owners had thought of everything.

The property is in a great location and furnished to a very high standard. We stayed here a couple of years ago and the property is still as lovely as it was then. The hosts are really friendly and respond quickly to messages.

If I could rate this property more than 10 I would. It’s absolutely stunning, furnished to the highest standard and beautifully clean. We didn’t want for anything and the hosts are genuinely lovely. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else than here whenever we’re back in the area.

Beautiful decor, spacious, very clean, comfy beds, extremely well equipped including plenty of toiletries. Really helpful and friendly hosts, all questions answered promptly. Lovely touches like milk in fridge and tasty treats. Perfectly located with short walk to plenty of restaurants and pubs and central Lytham. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property and just wish we stayed longer.

This was an outstanding property in a great location. The property was immaculately clean, it looked clean and it smelled clean. The hosts were fantastic with communication and extremely kind. The property was really comfortable, so much so that I would liked to have stayed longer had work not been calling. Really impressed and would definitely like to go back for a few days.

Beautifully appointed open plan apartment with 3 lovely bedrooms in the eve's and a nice sized bathroom with waterfall shower - comfy beds snd everything you could possibly require right down to hair straighteners - great location in centre of town with parking for 3 cars -birthday bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and biscuits a lovely touch - highly recommended and we will be back

What an absolute gem of a place. Besides being in an ideal location, the actual place itself is fantastic with a huge long driveway and immaculately clean. It is finished to a very high standard with lots of things that made our stay very comfortable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We definitely hope to be back for a longer stay.

Nothing whatsoever not to like

This property has been furnished to a very high end, very stylish and lots of attention to detail with the decor. Little extras like straighteners and food welcome pack plus kitchen basics all included. Great location and handy secure parking. The information provided for check in and out was thorough and went very smoothly and the owners nice and friendly in all communication. Couldnt fault it.

Nothing… shame I only stayed one night!
