+ Sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der anfängliche Mängel sofort und mit großem persönlichen Engagement beseitigt hat: Nun besitzt die Wohnung einen neuen Esstisch aus Massivholz, neue Pfannen, neue Bettlaken sowie einen neuen Badschrank, da wir diese Dinge anfangs bemängelt hatten. + Der Gastgeber klang sehr motiviert, auch nach unserer Abreise noch einige Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. + Größe der Wohnung inklusive Garten für zwei Personen mit Hund angenehm. (Aufenthalt 12 Tage) + Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. + Tipps zum Urlaub mit Hund vom Gastgeber. + Nachts sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehrslärm. + Nähe zum Outletcenter, in dem man auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut shoppen kann.

- Lage der Wohnung in einem reinen Wohngebiet. Fußläufig ist nichts von touristischem Interessen. - "Private Beach" ist missverständlich und zu weit entfernt: Man betritt den Garten der Vermieter durch deren (unaufgeräumte) Garage, auch das Gartenhaus war wenig attraktiv mit leeren Bierflaschen etc. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist nur über einen Steg möglich und daher für Hunde ungeeignet. Der Steg bietet nur Zugang zu einer Art Kanal im Schilfgürtel des Neusiedler Sees, welcher nicht zum Schwimmen einlud. - Die Wohnung ist durch ihre Lage auch tagsüber sehr dunkel. - Die innenliegende Toilette könnte ein Modernisierung vertragen und ein Handwaschbecken. Man muss zum Händewaschen ins Bad, welches aber nur über das Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. - Tagsüber waren des öfteren Geräusche zu hören, die nach Schießstand oder Truppenübungsplatz klangen. - Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung ließ zu wünschen übrig und es befand sich sogar eine leere Flasche der Vorgänger unter dem Sofa. Wir haben es dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und er möchte das in Zukunft besser machen.
