"A beautiful stay we will never forget!"

This charming apartment is located in the old historic area of Orta and is close to the Piazza where there are so many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias etc. The room was super cute, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The owner, Carola and Veronica were extremely helpful and we felt we were taken very good care of from the start until the end. Thanks to their recommendations on places to eat, our stay in Lake Orta turned out to be so special and so enjoyable.

Die Lage direkt im Ort ist gut, was allerdings mit sich bringt, dass es morgens ab 6 Uhr in den kleinen Gassen direkt vor dem Haus laut ist( Müllabfuhr, Strassenreinigung).

Zugang zur Wohnung mit Gepäck ist wie eine Bergbesteigung. Gepäck muss weit getragen, Auto in einer TG abgestellt werden, die 10 EUR am Tag kostet. Fährt man für einen Ausflug raus, sind es 20 Eur pro Tag. Das Inventar der Wohnung ähnelt einem Flohmarkt, alles ist alt, die Wohnung sehr dunkel. Die Betten quitschen, sobald man sich umdreht. Sauberkeit im Bad, sonst alles oberflächlich. Scheiben, Fernseher, Dunstabzug und Herd waren komplett verschmiert.

"A lovely spot amongst the narrow streets of Orta San Giulio."

The perfect place in Orta, we had a fabulous little balcony so we could watch the world go by, often getting envious glances from the crowd below. Well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean.

Beds were not that comfortable - 2nd bedroom was a twin , not easy to convert into a double.
