Terrible arrangement for access. Pass keys in post box. inside the building...but you cant get through the security gate without the pass key and the security guards wouldnt let me in to collect the pass keys. None of the phone numbers on the email you sent were working so it was impossible to contact you. After a very long time, the security guard did call someone to let me in. Very poor start, remainder of experience of the apartment was really good.

The property was great. The facilities are wonderful. The location was great. The pool is lovely to swim in.

The room wasn’t perfect, it had a slight odour in the room which the staff attended to and hot water service needs to be attended to also.

The property itself was excellent but the air conditioner unit from next door is on the bedroom wall and is very loud

A nice apartment in a large apartment complex with pool areas. Nice bedroom with a comfy bed, and I appreciated the little terrace, and the washing machine. The location is good, right between the famous walking street and another popular bar area. Not the cheapest place to stay, but Thailand has gotten more expensive. The WiFi router didn't work on arrival, but was quickly replaced. I would like one more mirror in the apartment, so I don't have to go to the (wet) bathroom before going out. Like many other places in Thailand, a bad odeur in the bathroom due to the sewage system.
